Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Shail Advisors, we provide business consulting, sales advisory, investor readiness and startup growth services, which are delivered digitally through online sessions, reports and strategic execution plans. Since our services are intangible and non-physical, traditional shipping does not apply. Below is our Delivery Policy for clarity on how we fulfill our commitments.
1. Service Delivery
• All consulting sessions, strategy documents and reports are delivered via email, virtual meetings or our online collaboration platforms.
• Clients will receive access to digital assets, presentations and reports as per the agreed project timeline.
• Live advisory sessions and workshops are conducted through Zoom, Google Meet or other mutually agreed platforms.
2. Delivery Timelines
• The timeline for each service is defined in the client agreement or proposal before project initiation.
• Strategy reports, sales frameworks and investor documents are typically delivered within 5-15 business days, depending on the scope of work.
• Retainer-based clients receive ongoing advisory support as per the agreed engagement schedule.
3. Urgent & Expedited Deliveries
• If a client requires accelerated service delivery, this must be discussed and agreed upon before engagement.
• Expedited services may incur additional charges, depending on urgency and resource allocation.
4. Non-Delivery & Delays
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as technical failures or consultant unavailability), clients will be notified immediately, and a revised delivery schedule will be provided.
• If a client fails to provide required inputs or feedback on time, Shail Advisors will not be responsible for delays in service completion.
5. Client Responsibilities for Digital Delivery
• Clients must ensure they provide a valid email address and access to agreed communication platforms for seamless service delivery.
• Clients should download, review, and save all delivered materials promptly, as Shail Advisors is not responsible for storage beyond the project duration.
6. Changes & Revisions
• Minor revisions based on initial feedback are included in the scope of work, as per the agreement.
• Additional revisions or scope changes may result in extra charges and revised delivery timelines.
7. No Physical Shipping
• Since all our services are digital and consultation-based, no physical shipping is involved. Clients will receive their deliverables via email, shared drives, or project management tools.
