Shail Advisors – Returns & Refund Policy

At Shail Advisors, we are committed to delivering high-value advisory services to help startups grow exponentially. Our engagements involve strategic consulting, execution support and tailored business solutions. Due to the nature of our services, we have the following Returns and Refund Policy:

1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Once a service has been delivered, whether in the form of consulting sessions, strategy development, investor introductions or execution support, refunds will not be issued. Our expertise, time and intellectual property are invested in every engagement, making it non-reversible.

2. Refund Eligibility for Prepaid Services

If a client has prepaid for services but decides to cancel before any work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued, subject to the following:

   •    A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

   •    Requests must be made in writing or by electronic (email) means, within 7 days of payment.

3. Deferred Payment & Subscription-Based Engagements

For retainer-based or deferred payment models:

   •    Clients agree to pay as per agreed milestones and will not be eligible for refunds on previously delivered work.

   •    If a client wishes to discontinue a retainer engagement, 30 days’ written notice is required, and any unpaid dues must be settled before termination.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds in exceptional cases (e.g., service non-delivery due to unforeseen circumstances on our end) will be handled on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness to both parties.

5. Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication. If there are concerns about the quality or delivery of our services, clients can contact us at growth@shailadvisors.com to discuss resolution options before seeking a refund.
